What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is given that Tesco Stores Limited has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Tesco Express, Local Centre, Wimborne Chase, Bluebell Crescent, Wimborne, BH21 4HW for the provision of late-night refreshment (indoors) on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 23:00-00:00 and the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 06:00-00:00.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations by e-mailing: dorsetcouncil.gov.uk or writing to, Licensing, Dorset Council, County Hall, Dorchester, Dorset, DT11XJ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected by contacting the licensing Section during normal office hours.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
