What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Benugo Limited to the
Licensing Authority of Leeds City Council to vary the
Premises Licence for Benugo at John Lewis, Victoria Gate,
Harewood Street, Leeds, LS2 7AR. The application is to
approve a new plan to add the restaurant on the 4th floor to
the licence. Full details of the Application and the drawing
can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at
Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall,
Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 1UR.
A responsible authority or any other person can make
written representations to the Licensing Authority
at any time up to and including 29th April 2026
