NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Dorset Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at 26 Canford Bottom, Wimborne, BH21 2HD. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected by contacting the licensing Section during normal office hours via email or phone on 01305 838028. Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at licensing@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk or Licensing, Dorset Council, County Hall, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ any time up to and including 27th April 2026. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
