Summary of Application: Cardiff Cruises Ltd has applied to Cardiff County Council for a Premises Licence for the vessel 'Enterprise of Cardiff'.

The application seeks the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption ON the vessel and the provision of regulated entertainment (Music and Dancing).

The vessel will operate: Sightseeing Tours (approx. 45 minutes) with ancillary alcohol sales.

Private and Corporate Party bookings (maximum 3 hours duration).

All licensable activities and vessel operations will cease by 23:30 daily.

Representations:
