APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has
applied in respect of Butchers Arms, 11 Fisher Road,
Bishops Itchington, Southam, CV47 2RE for an application
to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003
to permit the following:
This is an application to vary the layout and design of the
premises in accordance with the submitted plan.
The change consists of permitting the use of the outside
seating and car park areas as shown on the plan to use for
the sale and supply of alcohol, from mobile/moveable
dispense units, until 10pm on any day they are in operation.
To add conditions relating to the operation of the external
areas in order to further promote the licensing objectives.
A full list of these proposed conditions can be viewed on
the full application held by the Licensing Authority and
available to view on request. All other permitted hours and
activities currently permitted by the premises are to remain
unchanged by this application. Any person wishing to make

Representations may be made by the end of 29th April
2026. A copy of the application for the grant of the above
licence is kept by Licensing Authority at the above address.
The application can be view Monday to Thursday 9am to
5pm and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays, except bank holidays.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
