What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 - New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that I Longton Carnival
Committee, have made an Application for a
Premises Licence under Section 17 of the
Licensing Act 2003 in respect of the Premises
known as Liverpool Road (Rams Head to Golden
Ball) and Longton Playing Field. I intend to apply to
hold events between the hours of 0800 and 2300.
Interested parties (within the meaning of the Act)
may make written representations to South Ribble
Borough Council about this application until 28th
April 2026 which should be sent to the following
address: Licensing, South Ribble Borough Council
Civic Centre, West Paddock, Leyland PR25 1DH.
