APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A NEW PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

An application has been made b Big Church Festival for the grant of a new Premises Licence, relating to Wiston Estate, Steyning Road, West Sussex
The applicant is seeking the following licensable activities and times:
Sale &Supply of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises:
Thursday to Monday 1100hrs to 0000hrs
Regulated Entertainment:
Thursday to Monday 0900hrs to 0000hrs
Late Night Refreshment:
Thursday to Monday 2300hrs to 0500hrs
Premises open to the public:
Thursday 27th August 2026 1200hrs until 31st August 2026 1200hrs

Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

It Is An Offence, Liable On Conviction To A Fine Of Up To Level 5 On The Standard Scale (Currently £5000) Under Section 158 Of The Licensing Act 2003 To Knowingly Or Recklessly Make A False Statement In Connection With This Application.
