Notice is hereby given that April Imogen Hao King and Ian Aaron King have applied in respect of the licensed premises at Aarons Campsite of Aaron Hill Farm, Cragg Vale, HX7 5TX for the Variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for additional opening hours of 1pm until 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Representations to this application must be made in writing by 24/04/2026 to The Licensing Unit, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ where applications can be inspected during office hours. It is an offence liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
