Premises Tipsea Wines, 1 Grape Lane, Whitby YO22 4BA
Notice is given that Tipsea Wines Ltd has applied to North Yorkshire Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are:
Sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption both on and off the premises).
The proposed hours for licensable activities are:
Monday to Sunday: 12:00 to 17:00 for the sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises.
In addition, the premises will operate wine tasting sessions and small, pre-booked events, where the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises may take place up to 22:00.
