Notice of application for a Premises Licence (Section 17 of the Act)

Name of applicant: The Shack Stourbridge Ltd

Name & Address of premises: The Shack Stourbridge, Block L Bay 5, Multipark, Stourbridge, DY8 1JN.

Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises:

Supply of alcohol (for and off premises consumption):

Monday – Sunday, 10:00 – 22:00.

The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below) between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

An on-line summary of the application can be viewed on www.dudley.gov.uk.

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing between: 24/03/2026 and 20/04/2026 to Director of Development & Regulation, Housing & Assets, Licensing, Dudley MBC, Lister Road Depot, Dudley DY2 8JW.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
