NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LICENCE

Of The Sugar Loaf 98 New Town Street Luton LU1 3ED Are applying for the Variation of a Premises Licence. If granted, the licence will enable the following to take place:
The application seeks to extend the permitted hours for live entertainment and to introduce an external bar within the rear garden.
The proposed external bar will be situated to the rear of the kitchen and will have an approximate footprint of 3 metres by 2 metres. The bar will operate between 12:00 and 20:00 Sunday to Thursday, and between 12:00 and 21:00 on Friday and Saturday.
Its use will be limited to the service of seasonal refreshments to customers using the garden area. The facility is intended to improve customer service during busy periods, reduce congestion within the main indoor bar, and enable more efficient service to patrons seated in the rear garden.
