What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Shillingham Vineyard LLP has applied to Cornwall Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Shillingham Vineyard, Antony Passage, Saltash, PL12 4QU.
The application is for the following licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off premises. The proposed hours for licensable activities are: Monday to Sunday: 09:00 – 18:00
A copy of the application may be inspected at Cornwall Council Licensing Authority, or online at: www.cornwall.gov.uk.
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to Cornwall Council Licensing Authority no later than 30th April 2026.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
