What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Plymouth Argyle Football Club Limited of Home Park Stadium (Fan Zone Area) on 31st March 2026 has made application to Plymouth City Council for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises situated at Home Park, Outland Road, Plymouth, PL2 3DQ.

The application has been made to vary the licence as follows: To increase the maximum capacity of the external fan zone area from 2000 persons to 3000 persons.

The relevant licensable activities are the sale of alcohol, provision of regulated entertainment including live and recorded music, and provision of late night refreshment.

Any representations to this application should be made in writing to: Office of the Director of Public Health, Head of Public Protection Service, Plymouth City Council, Ballard House, West Hoe Road, Plymouth, PL1 3BJ or by email to licensing@plymouth.gov.uk no later than 28 days after the date of this notice.
