Notice is hereby given that on 24th March 2026 an application was made to HASTINGS BOROUGH COUNCIL by Eleanor Lubbock-Shattock, 52 Springfield Road, St Leonards on Sea TN38 0TZ to obtain a premises licence for the premises known as Penbuckles Delicatessen, 263 London Road, St Leonards on Sea TN37 6NB in the following respects:
The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises and in the form of tasting glasses with food. During the hours of Monday-Saturday 09.00-18.00, Sunday 10.00-16.00
Wine talks and tastings of glasses of wine with food 09.00-22.00
Any person wishing to make representations about this application for variation, should write to the Head of Environment & Place, Muriel Matters House, Breeds Place, Hastings, TN34 3UY:
within twenty eight consecutive days of the application date shown above.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application & the maximum fine is £5000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
