Public Notice Of Application For A New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that: We, Paul and Carly Stroud, have applied to South Norfolk District Council for a Premises Licence for: The Bush, 55 The Street, Costessey, Norfolk, NR8 5DD. The application is to allow: The Sale by Retail of Alcohol (On and Off the premises). Mon - Sun 12:00 - 23:30 and the provision of Regulated Entertainment Mon - Sun 12:00 - 23:30. The application includes the extension of the licensed area to incorporate an outdoor bar and the beer garden.

The register is kept at: www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk/licensing-2/see-current-licence-applications. The application may be inspected by appointment at the council offices. Representations must be made in writing to: Broadland & South Norfolk Council, The Horizon Centre, Broadland Business Park, Peachman Way, Norwich, NR7 0WF or email: licensing@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk, no later than 21st April 2026. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
