Forest Road - Application For Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by The Caravan Club Limited to the Licensing Authority of New Forest District Council for a Premises Licence for the New Forest Centenary Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite at. Forest Road, Bransgore, Christchurch, BH23 8EB.
The application includes the following terms:
1. To enable the sale of alcohol (On & Off) & regulated entertainment (both) between 08:00 and 00:00 Monday to Sunday.
2. To enable the sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment (as described in the application) & Late-Night refreshment for extended hours at Bank Holidays and on other limited days as specified in the application.
3. To enable the provision of Late-Night refreshment (both)between 23:00 and 00:00 Monday to Sunday. Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed during office hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority at New Forest District Council, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, Hampshire, S043 7PA or via www.newforest.gov.uk.
A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority or email licensing@nfdc.gov.uk at any time up to and including 22 April 2026.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
