NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Central England Co-operative
Limited has applied to North Northamptonshire Council on
26th March 2026 for the variation of the Premises Licence
in respect of The Co-operative, 6 Bell Hill, Rothwell,
Northamptonshire, NN14 6ET.
The Application is to vary the licensable hours and opening
hours to 06:00 to 23:00 daily and to update the plan
currently attached to the Premises Licence.
Any representation must be made in writing to:-
North Northamptonshire Council, Regulatory Services
Licensing Administration, Thrapston Offices, Cedar
Drive, Thrapston, NN14 4LZ or by e-mail to
licensing@northnorthants.gov.uk NO LATER THAN
23RD APRIL 2026.
The application may be viewed on the council’ licensing
register at
or by appointment
at the above offices. To attend the offices please email
licensing@northnorthants.gov.uk
Note: It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement
in connection with an application. A person is liable to an
unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement
be made.
