We Acts of Light LTD hereby give notice that an
application was made to Leeds City Council on the
24th March 2026 for the Grant of a new Premises
Licence to operate a premises at: INLAMENTATION
174 High Street Boston Spa LS23 6BW from which
the following licensable activities are proposed.
Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the
premises between the hours of 19:00 and 23:00
hours Monday to Friday and 13:00 to 23:00
Saturday and Sunday.
The full application may be inspected, free of
charge, at the offices of the council at Leeds City
Council, Entertainment Licensing, Civic Hall,
Leeds, LS1 1UR or at
Any
interested party or Responsible Authority may
make representations to the Licensing Section in
writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of
application was made as detailed above, or email
at
entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk
The last
day for representations being the 21/04/2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application
and a person may be liable on summary conviction
