Does hereby give notice that on 30 March 2026 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, and the relevant authorities for a Variation to the Premises Licence at:
‘The Fox & Finch’ 8 Littlehampton Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN13 1QE
The licence currently authorises:
The sale of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises:
12:00hrs to 21:30hrs Monday to Saturday
12:00hrs to 17:30hrs on Sunday.
Opening to the public:
12:00hrs to 22:00hrs Monday to Saturday
12:00hrs to 18:00hrs on Sunday
The application seeks to vary the existing Licence to authorise an amendment of the hours for alcohol sales and opening to the public:
Alcohol sales:
12:00hrs – 21:30hrs Sunday to Thursday
12:00hrs – 22:00hrs Friday to Saturday
Opening to the Public
12:00hrs to 22:00hrs Sunday to Thursday
12:00hrs to 22:30hrs Friday to Saturday
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and email to:
