What is proposed?

Licensing Application - Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made by Hurstpierpoint
Tennis Club to the Licensing Authority for the Mid
Sussex District Council for the grant of a new of a
Premises Licence for Hurstpierpoint Tennis Club,
South Avenue, Hurstpierpoint BN6 9QB.
The application includes proposals for the following
licensable activities
i) Sell alcohol by retail for consumption on the
premises
Mon – Fri 1800 - 2200 hours
Sat – Sun 1200 – 2200 hours

Reception, Mid Sussex District Council, Oaklands,
Oaklands Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex,
RH16 1SS, during normal office hours and online

Applications received’. Responsible Authorities or
other persons may make representation on or
before 21 April 2026. All representations shall be
made in writing to The Licensing Officer at Mid
Sussex District Council.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a

the maximum fine for which a person is liable is
£5,000, on summary conviction for the offence.
