NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is given that Hewad Shinwari has applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough
Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of 21 Monkwood Road, Rotherham
S62 7JN

The application seeks consent to allow the sale of alcohol on Monday to Saturday between
7am and 11pm and on Sunday between 8am and 10pm.

It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which
can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to

licensing@rotherham.gov.uk


The last date for the receipt of representations is 22nd April 2026.

Any person wishing to view the Licensing Register may do so by visiting the Council’s
website,

www.rotherham.gov.uk/licensing



It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an
application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
