Notice is hereby given that Tavern Propco Limited has
applied in respect of Yates, Blackpool 13-15 Market Street
Blackpool FY1 1ET for the grant of a new premises licence
under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
Films(indoors), Indoor Sporting events, Performances of
dance, Anything of a similar description, Live
Music(indoors), Recorded Music (indoors) Late Night
Refreshments(indoor) & Sale of Alcohol(on&off) Monday
– Thursday 09:00 (late night refreshment 23:00) – 02:00
Friday & Saturday 09:00 (late night refreshment 23:00) –
04:00 Sunday 09:00 (late night refreshment 23:00) – 00:30.
Opening Hours Monday – Thursday 09:00 – 02:45 Friday
& Saturday 09:00 – 04:45 Sunday 09:00 – 01:15. Non-
Standard Timings On the Friday to Monday of Bank
Holiday weekends to a terminal hour of 04.30 hours the
following day. On Christmas Eve and Boxing Day to a
terminal hour of 04.30 hours the following day. On
Christmas Day 12.00 to 23.30 hours. From 10.00 on New
Year’s Eve to the terminal hour permitted on the morning
following New Year's Day. An extra hour will be permitted
on the day when British Summertime commences. Please
note this is a non-operating shadow licence. Any person
wishing to make representations in relation to this
