What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003
APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Nando’s Chickenland Ltd to
the Licensing Authority of Chorley Council for a Premises
Licence for the Nando's, Unit 4b, Market Walk, Union
Street, Chorley PR7 1FD.
The application includes the following terms: 1. To permit
the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises
between 1100 and 0000 Monday to Sunday. 2. To permit
the provision of late night refreshment between 2300 and
0000 Monday to Sunday. Full details of the Application
can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority
at Licensing, Chorley Council, Civic Offices, Union
Street, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 1AL or online at

www.chorley.gov.uk.

A responsible authority or any other
person can make written representations to the Licensing
Authority at any time up to and including 21st April 2026.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
