APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Variation of a Premises Licence under the abovementioned legislation has been made by: Terence Michael Peter Procter to North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of premises known as: Elle's which are situated at: 97 Promenade, Cleethorpes, DN35 8SE
The details of the proposed licensable activities and times of operation are as follows:
To extend licensable hours for all activities by two hours in the morning and one hour to the terminal timings everyday and to change the agreed plan to increase licensable area by including new patio next to the premises.
For clarity current times are: Supply of Alcohol / Recorded Music / Live Music Monday to Sunday11:00 until 23:00 hours

Any representations by people, bodies, businesses or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council at the above address by 24 April 2026
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
