NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION
OF A PREMISES LICENCE
An application for a VARIATION of a Premises Licence has been made by Wendy Shone to Wolverhampton City Council in respect of premises known as The Giffard Arms which are situated at
64-65 Victoria Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 3NX
The application to vary is as follows:
1. To extend/reduce the licensable timings to the following:
Sale/Supply of alcohol on/off the premises
Sunday to Thursday 1100 to 0200 hours
Friday & Saturday 1100 to 0300 hours
Live/Recorded Music, Films, Dance, Anything Similar (Indoors & Outdoors)
Sunday to Thursday 2300 to 0200 hours
Friday & Saturday 2300 to 0300 hours
2. To add non-standard timings so the permitted operating hours on the day immediately preceding a Bank Holiday mirror the hours authorised on a Friday and Saturday
3. Addition of the provision of ‘Alcohol Off Sales’
4. To replace the current operating schedule, with an updated operating schedule
5. To update the premises plans
