Notice is hereby given that THE SWANAGE BEACH CABIN LIMITED has applied for a premises licence to Dorset Council in relation to Cabin Beach Cafe, North Beach, Below Grand Hotel. Swanage, Dorset to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Sunday 11:00hrs to 00:00hrs. Recorded Music: Indoors and Outdoors Monday to Sunday 23:000 to 00:00. Late night refreshments on and off the premises Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 0000.
The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Licensing, Dorset Council. County Hall, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ or by email: licensing@doisetcouncil.gov.uk. Such written representation must be received by 17/04/2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited
