What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Hull City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Highway at Willerby Road, Hull, East Yorkshire, HU5 5LH. The application includes the following terms:-

1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.

2. To add externally Films, Live Music and Recorded Music 10:00 until 23:00 hours Monday to Saturday and 11:00 until 23:00 hours Sunday.

3. To delete conditions relating to Public Entertainment Licence and Licensing Act 1964 and amend Children’s Condition.

Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Hull City Council, Democratic Services, 33 Witham, Kingston upon Hull. HU9 1DB.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 22nd April 2026 (www.hullcc.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
