I Vincent Thomas Connolly of 50 Melbourne Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN22 8BB. Hereby give notice that I have applied to Eastbourne Borough Council under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, Part 11, Schedule 3 for a Licence to use the premises referred to above as a “Sexual Entertainment Venue” (Sex Shop).
Any person wishing to make representations either to support or oppose the application should make them in writing to the Licensing Manager, Eastbourne Borough Council, 1 Grove Road, Eastbourne, BN21 4TW, within 28 days after the date of the application.
The deadline for representations is 22nd April 2026.
