Public Notice of an application for a Premises
Licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to
Wealden Borough Council via the Rother & Wealden
Environmental Health Service for a premises licence under
the above Act on 19th March 2026 and will commence
its consultation on the 20th March 2026. Applicant:
Blackstock Farm Company Limited. Address of premises:
Uckfield Service Station, 143-145 High Street, Uckfield,
TN22 1EJ. Proposed licensable activities: sale of alcohol
for consumption off the premises and the provision of Late
Night Refreshment (LNR). Proposed days and hours of
licensable activity: every day - alcohol sales 06.00 to 24.00
hours, LNR 23.00 to 24.00 hours. The postal address of the
Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the
application may be inspected is: *Licensing Officer,
Wealden District Council, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham,
BN27 2AX. Any person wishing to make representations
on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the
nature and grounds for making such representations to The
Licensing Officer at the above address* or by email to

licensing@rother.gov.uk,

within 28 days of the date of this
notice – by the 16th April 2026. Further information is
