Notice is hereby given that Tavern Propco Limited has
applied in respect of The Clarendon 44-46 Clarendon
Avenue Leamington Spa CV32 4RZ for the grant of a new
premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit
the following: This is an application for a shadow licence,
made on exactly the same terms as the current premes
licence, to permit the following: Sale of alcohol (on and off
sales), Live music (indoors), Recorded Music (indoors),
Films (indoors): Sunday to Wednesday from 10.00 to 00.00,
Thursday to Saturday from 10.00 to 01.00. Late night
Refreshment (indoors): Sunday to Wednesday from 23.00
to 00.00, Thursday to Saturday from 23.00 to 01.00. To
permit the premises to open: Sunday to Wednesday from
07.00 to 00.30, Thursday to Saturday from 07.00 to 01.30.
Non-standard timings: An additional hour to the standard
and non standard times on the day when British
Summertime commences. The terminal hour shall be 01.30
hours the following day on Sunday preceding all bank
holidays. New Year's Eve - from the end of permitted hours
on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on New
Year's Day. Any person wishing to make representations in
relation to this application may do so by writing to the
Licensing Authority: Warwick District Council Town Hall
Parade Royal Leamington Spa Warwickshire CV32 4AT.
Representations may only be made for 28 consecutive days
from the date of this Notice. A copy of the application for
the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing
Authority at the above address. The application can be
viewed Monday to Thursday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, and 9.00
am to 4.30 pm on Fridays, except Bank Holidays.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
