What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Waitrose Limited to the Licensing Authority of BCP Council (Bournemouth) to vary the Premises Licence for Waitrose, 345 Wimborne Road, Winton, Bournemouth BH9 2AD. The application is to vary the hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises to 24 hours a day every day, which primarily will facilitate online ordering. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Representations must be received no later than 10 April 2026. The application record may be viewed during normal office hours or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
