What is proposed?

NOTICE OF LICENCE APPLICATION
Under the Licensing Act 2003 Section 17

C.FF.I. Ceredigion have applied to Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council for a Premises Licence on June 2026 for Ceredigion YFC Rally to be held at Tynddraenen, Trefenter, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, SY23 4HJ.   
We seek to Licence the following activities:
Sale of Alcohol, Live and recorded music
Late night Refreshments: Saturday 6th June 2026 08:00 to 02:00hrs Sunday 7th June 2026.  
The application is available for inspection by request made to: The Licensing Section, Ceredigion County Council, County Hall, Aberaeron, Ceredigion SA46 0AT, by email: publicprotection@ceredigion.gov.uk or telephone: 01545 572 179  
Any responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing to the Licensing Section at the above address or by e-mail to publicprotection@ceredigion.gov.uk by midnight on 23/04/2026.  
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
