NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We, Aspley Guise & Woburn Sands Golf Club Ltd, of West Hill, Aspley Guise, Milton Keynes, MK17 8DX, are applying for the grant of a Premises Licence for the premises at West Hill, Aspley Guise, Milton Keynes, MK17 8DX.
If granted, the licence will allow the following:
 Sale of alcohol on and off the premises: 10:00–23:00 Sunday to Thursday; 10:00–01:00
Friday and Saturday. New Year’s Eve extended to 02:00hrs on New Year’s Day
 Provision of late-night refreshment: 23:00–01:00 Friday and Saturday
 Provision of regulated entertainment (live and recorded music): 11:00–00:30 Friday and
Saturday. New Year’s Eve extended to 01:30hrs on New Year’s Day. Live or Recorded music outdoor permitted x2 times per year during summer finishing by 22:00.
Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by emailing

licensing@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk

within 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application is also held by Central Bedfordshire Council Licensing Team and may be viewed on request

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum penalty on summary conviction is a level 5 fine on the standard scale.
