The relevant licensable activities which are proposed to be carried on the premises are:
Sale of alcohol on the premises - Monday to Sunday from 11:00 to 21:45. Provision of regulated entertainment outdoors for up to 2,000 people consisting of films, live music, recorded music and performances of dance - Monday to Sunday from 11:00 to 22:00. Opening hours - Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 22:00
The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: Licensing Authority, Bedford Borough Council, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford MK42 9AP. Interested parties or any Responsible Authority may make a representation to the application, in writing, to the Licensing Authority, Bedford Borough Council, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford, MK42 9AP specifying the grounds for making the representation by 20 April 2026. Applications can be viewed during office hours at the Council or via the council’s website on:
