Notice is hereby given that The Braybrooke Beer Company Ltd have applied to North Northamptonshire Council for a variation of the premises licence for The Braybrooke Beer Company, Braybrooke Farm, Harborough Road, Braybrooke, Northamptonshire, LE16 8LJ to increase the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises plus the provision of films indoors & outdoors and the provision of indoor sports to be from 08.00 until 00.00 (midnight) daily all week. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
