Notice is given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited
applied to Leeds City Council on 20 March 2026 for the
variation of its premises licence at Wingstop, Unit 6A
Cardigan Fields Leisure Park, Cardigan Fields Road,
Burley, Leeds, LS4 2DG so as to extend the hours for (1)
retail sale of alcohol to Sun-Thurs 10:00 to 02:00, Fri-Sat
10:00-04:00 (2) late night refreshment: Sun-Thurs 23:00 to
02:00, Fri-Sat 23:00-04:00 (3) on such terms and conditions
as set out in the application papers. Any person wishing to
make representations to this application may do so by
writing to Leeds City Council, Entertainment Licensing
Civic Hall, Leeds LS1 1UR or by email to

entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk

not later than 17
April 2026. Representations received after this date cannot
be considered. A copy of the application is available on the
Council’s website

www.leeds.gov.uk
