What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Waitrose Limited to
the Licensing Authority of North Yorkshire Council
(Harrogate) to vary the Premises Licence for Waitrose,
Station Parade, Harrogate HG1 1HD.
The application is to vary the hours for the sale of alcohol
for consumption off the premises to 24 hours a day every
day, which primarily will facilitate online ordering.
