have applied to Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant/variation* of a premises licence/club premises certificate* in respect of premises known as COLINS CAFÉ Colin cafe Units 18 to 21 Brighouse market Ship Street Brighouse HD6 1JX
Operating a licensed premises to serve alcoholic drinks between 11AM and 11PM during market days or special events.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.

Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so by appointment at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
