What is proposed?

Application has been made by Waitrose Limited to the
Licensing Authority of West Northamptonshire Council
(Northampton) to vary the Premises Licence for Waitrose,
The Kingsthorpe Centre, Harborough Road, Northampton
NN2 7BD. The application is to vary the hours for the sale
of alcohol for consumption off the premises to 24 hours
a day every day, which primarily will facilitate online
