LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is given that Eco-Campsites Limited has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence in respect of Embers Camping, Cleavel Point, Corfe Castle, Dorset, BH20 5JN for the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday generally between the hours of 09:00 – 21:00

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations by emailing: licensing@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk or writing to, Licensing, Dorset Council, County Hall, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ within 28 days from the date of this notice.

The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected by contacting the licensing Section during normal office hours or on www.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
