What is proposed?

Application For The Variation of Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made by Buddhi Attanayake on behalf of Ceylon Flavours Ltd
For the variation of a premises licence in respect of La Luna Ceylon 12-13 Paul’s Row, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP11 2HQ.
The variations proposed are as follows:
The current licence allows recorded music to be played till 01:30 and the time to be increased till 02:00. Alcohol will be served till 02:00, music will not be amplified, alcohol supply will be on the premises, and dance will be indoors. Late night refreshment and opening hours will be till 02:00. The start time of the licensable activities is currently 11:00 and it will remain as 11:00.
