What is proposed?

APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that ADMIRAL TAVERNS LIMITED has applied
to Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council to vary a Premises
Licence in respect of premises known as Ashwood Inn, 2
Sandringham Place, Wordsley, Stourbridge DY8 5HP.
The proposed variation submitted has been made to request the
extension of opening hours from 10:00 daily, this application will
further request the extension of permitted licensable activities
and opening hours on Friday to Sunday.
The proposed requested hours are as follows:
Films, Indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music,
performance of dance, sale of alcohol: Monday – Thursday
10:00 until 00:00 Friday – Sunday 10:00 until 02:00
Opening hours: Monday – Thursday 10:00 until 00:30 Friday
– Sunday 10:00 until 02:30
We are also requesting the removal of one condition – stated on
the application. We are also adding conditions to the licence (as
stated on the application) as agreed with the police licensing
officer.
