Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Padel Social Club Limited has applied to Westminster City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Padel Social Club, 5 Kingdom Street, London, W2 6PY. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. The exhibition of film between 10:00 and 23:30 on Mondays to Saturdays and 10:00 and 22:30 on Sundays, 2. The sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises between 10:00 and 23:00 on Mondays to Saturdays and 10:00 and 22:00 on Sundays, 3. The provision of late night refreshment between 23:00 and 23:30 on Mondays to Saturdays, 4. Opening hours between 06:00 and 23:30 on Mondays to Saturdays and 06:00 to 22:30 on Sundays. 5. All hours on Sundays before Bank Holiday Monday as per Saturday hours. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, WW1E 5QP or via email licensing@westminster.gov.uk no later than 6th April 2026 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Westminster City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.westminster.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
