Wimborne Road, Winton - Application for a New Premises Licence

Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Supercharger Restaurants Limited has applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as KFC, 460 Wimborne Road, Winton, Bournemouth, BH9 2EY.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision of Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 02:00 the following morning. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 02:00 the following morning. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or by email to licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 9 April 2026.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is subject to an unlimited fine.
