Notice is hereby given that Tibberton Community Shop Ltd have applied for the full variation of a premise licence for premises: Tibberton Community Shop, Tibberton, Newport, Shropshire, TF10 8PB. The application seeks to permit: the sale of alcohol (on and off sales) Monday to Saturday from 7:30am to 9:30pm and Sunday from 8pm to 2pm as stated in the application. The application also seeks to amend the conditions set out in the operating schedule attached to the premises licence.
The application may be inspected by prior appointment at the Licensing Service, Telford & Wrekin Council, Darby House, Lawn Central, Telford, TF3 4JA. Please contact Licensing to make an appointment on
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, clearly stating the grounds for the representation no later than 14 th April 2026.
The licensing authority is required under the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005 to provide the applicant with full copies of any relevant representations that have been made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
