Royal Borough of Greenwich - Premises licence - Classic-Loungee

NOTICE OF APPLICATION

FOR A PREMISES LICENCE - LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is given that: “Classic-Loungee UK Ltd” have applied for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the following premises:

Classic Restaurant & Lounge, 132-136 Powis Street, Woolwich, London SE18 6NL.

A record of this application may be inspected by appointment.

Other persons may make representations to the Council on this application by no later than Wednesday 15 April 2026 (last date for making representations).  Representations can be made in writing, by email or fax using the contact details above. Representations can only be made on the grounds of one or more of the four licensing objectives, namely:

·                    Prevention of Crime and Disorder

·                    Prevention of Public Nuisance

·                    Public Safety

·                    Protection of Children from Harm.

Any person who makes a false statement in connection with an application is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.

It is proposed that the following licensable activities will take place at the premises:

§   On-Sale & Supply of Alcohol (No Off-Sales) and the Playing of Recorded Music: Sunday to Thursday, 12:00 noon until 01:00 each following day; Friday & Saturday, 12:00 noon until 03:00 each following day 

§   Performance of Live Music: Friday & Saturday only , 19:00 hours until 01:00 each following day. No live music is proposed Sunday to Thursday.

§   Late Night Refreshment (provision of hot food &/or hot drink after 11pm): Sunday to Thursday, 23:00 hours until 01:00 each following day; Friday & Saturday, 23:00 hours until 03:00 each following day.

§   Opening times: As per the hours for On-Sales and Recorded Music set out above.
