What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken UK Ltd has applied to Manchester CC for a Premises Licence for Popeyes, 17 Gateway House, Piccadilly Station Approach, Manchester M1 2GH to provide late night refreshment on and off daily between 23:00 and 05:00, closing to the public at 02:00.

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 14 April 2026. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
