NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Wells Hospitality Ltd has applied to Central Bedfordshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Pembroke Arms, 29 Hitchin Street, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, SG18 8BE.
The application is to permit the following licensable activities: the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises, live music, recorded music and late night refreshment.
The proposed hours for licensable activities are:
Monday: 12:00 – 23:00
Tuesday: 12:00 – 23:00
Wednesday: 12:00 – 00:00
Thursday: 12:00 – 00:00
Friday: 12:00 – 01:00
Saturday: 12:00 – 01:00
Sunday: 12:00 – 23:00
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Central Bedfordshire Council during normal office hours.
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Authority at Central Bedfordshire Council Licensing Team by 5th April 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
