APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Welcome Break Holdings
Limited has applied in respect of Ramada Wakefield, Fryers
Way, Silkwood Park, Ossett, WF5 9TJ for an application to
vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to
permit the following:
To permit residents and their bona fide guests to purchase
alcohol 24 hours a day on each day of the week.
All other hours and activities authorised by the premises
licence to remain unaltered. Representations to this
application must be made in writing, by the end of 8 April
2026, to the Wakefield City Metropolitan District Council
Licensing Authority at Licensing Office, Wakefield One,
Burton Street, Wakefield, WF1 2EB where the register of
licensing applications can be inspected during office hours
and/or at

www.wakefield.gov.uk


It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
