What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY
PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has
applied to Sheffield City Council in respect of Mount
Pleasant 291-293 Derbyshire Lane Sheffield S8 8SG for
an application to vary the premises licence under the
Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an
application to vary the layout and design of the premises in
accordance with the submitted plan (drawing no 25149-
501). The change consists of a refurbishment scheme,
including layout alterations to the general layout,
reconfiguration of the internal bar and fixed seating, along
with the addition of permitting the use of an external
food/drink dispense bar, as indicated on the submitted plan,
for the sale and supply of alcohol until 10pm on any day.
To also add conditions in relation to the operation of the
external bar, of which a full list of the proposals can be
viewed on the full application held by Sheffield City
Council Licensing Authority and available upon request.
All other permitted hours and activities currently permitted
by the premises are to remain unchanged by this
application. Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must give notice in writing by the
end of 7th April 2026 to Licensing Team, Sheffield City
Council, Block C, Staniforth Road Depot, Sheffield, S9
3HD. Alternatively, representations may be made by email

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
